ASB TopSquashReferee is a digital 3 referee system for professional squash. Three wireless iPods replace referee cards or hand signals. Using cutting edge technology, this system brings the sport to a new level. Refereeing is based on fast majority decisions in correspondence with WSF rules and immediate display to players and spectators. For the audience, decision-making becomes an exciting feature of the game. Players immediatly receive clear majority decitions. The professional scoreboard adds spectator comfort and a professional flair to every tournament.

Requirements and setup:
All that is required is the ASB TopSquashReferee system and a variable number of screens or projectors based around the court. The setup and use of the system is incredibly easy. Once the laptop, running the key applications is turned on it needs connecting to the screens via VGA/DVI and is ready to go. Just enter the names and nationalities of the players and hit “go” when the match starts.

The referee controllers:
The system uses ipod touch devices as controllers. Many referees are already familiar with the device and with the intuitive interface refereeing becomes easier and more accurate than it has ever been. The controllers and their ease of use have already amazed many national, international and world referees.

Professional Scoreboard:
Knowing the score is essential to understanding what happens on court. With this system a professional and consistent scoreboard is introduced, ensuring excellent appearance of the sport.

Returns from advertising:
With the importance and regularity of the decision making in squash, the spectators attention is naturally drown to the screens of the referee system. The value of the advertising space on the screens is therefore high and the cost of the system can be returned after a few events with the system in use.

Commercial note:
The System will be available from July and will be dispatched and sent worldwide from Germany. It will be available for EUR 3,995.00.
